As a central govt employee what action can be taken by me against a highly abusive boss. He has regularly being using foul language to the extent of calling mother names and all. Also all this is always without any reason. Also I want to find a solution to this even more since this is always done in front of many other officers and juniors which leaves me totally demoralised and shamefully without any fault of mine. Also I fail to exercise authority over my juniors since they have always seen me being abused my the person. Please help

you give a complaint in writing against your boss to the higher authorities.Seek a meeting with them and bring this to their notice. You will have to stop letting this bully abuse you.
