Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan

After the death of a husband a property was transferred and alloted in the name of his wife. The husband was died in 1966 and the property was transferred in the name of deceased wife by giving applicaton of deceased sons and daughters in favour of their mother.

Later in 1990 the property was gifted by deseased wife in favour of her younger son, now one son of the deceased claiming share in this property and stating that my mother has transferred this property in her name by way of fraud. Still the property is in the name of deceased wife. Now, after passing more than 25 years one of her son not accepting the transfer of property in his mother name.

My question is under the law of limitation act , what is the legal position?
