Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
I filed for Letter of Administration in the High Court and paid the court fees as per the value of the property. I wish to withdraw the suit now. Will I get the full amount refunded?

To the best of my knowledge, Court fees once paid are non refundable. You may still check and confirm with the Court clerk.

Now that you are withdrawing the suit so you will get your court fee back.
