Legal Question in Administrative Law in
I am an Indian retired defence person.I was posted from Chandigarh to bangalore on duty on May 1996.
since then My family continues to stay in bangalore since last 14 years.I was transfered inbetween from apr 2001 to Oct 2006 for five years only & since then I am retired & staying in Bangalore.The break period from bangalore was for me only.Family continues without any break over here.
Now my requirement is to obtain a domicile certificate of bangalore ,karnataka since 1996,Apr. who is competent to issue the one & what proof needed for this?
