can a judge make an order of arrest and abuse a person who tried to assist the court with relevant document on a crime case related to that court and later person was pushed away from the court hall.regarding misbehavior of that judge the person filed a complaint before next higher judge and also the high court.almost 18 months lapsed.2 times reminder letter sent.now the judge is expired. what is next course of action?
