we have an land in rajesthan that is in the name my fathers grandfathers and the patta is with my fathers uncle and we had an dispute he is claim that he will not give us the land and he need a half amount of money which he had paid on consrtuction in 90s with the present value so what we should do and we have an agreement copy that states the partition pf the land on a stamppaper singn by major members of family what to do in such case
