Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Can we the left over scientists of central silk board under Ministry of Textile, head office located at Bangalore posted at Uttrakhand, U.P., H.P., J&K, Punjab and Haryana file a petition jointly at Principal Bench of CAT at New Delhi against the Central Silk Board & Ministry of Textile for implementation of Flexible Complementary Scheme (FCS) w.e,f. July, 2001 as the Supreme court restricted benefit to only those scientists who were petitioner in CAT and were respondnt in High court & Supreme court although CSB had implemented FCS w.e.f. August, 2006 in the year 2008.

Dear Sir / Madam,
There are many people like you here on this forum who have the psychology that whatever comes "free" must be got at whatever cost, not realizing that this attitude and mentality often leads to spending money on things that are redundant and useless. A free advice is not even worth the paper it is written on.
