Legal Question in Administrative Law in
I was made surplus in 1988 and not given any suitable post but maladjusted on one an other post till 2005 when created the same post which was abolished in 1988 and i was made surplus, i am not given any regular promotion. i continued representing my case since 1988 but all in vain.
