Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
An MPKBY agent has filed a complaint before the permanent lok adalat, High Court of kerala representing her depositors in relation to the settlement of RD Claims, which are under the processing stage and soon to be settled. But in the chairman expressed his concern that only individuals can file complaint before permanent lok adalat. I would like to know the rule stating that only individuals can file complaint before permanent lok adalat.
