Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan
what is Notary public or difference with oath commissioner.Is it necessary to get a document attested by them/Gazetted officer .
Can an officer attest his own document ,specially ordinary ones like NIC copy ,Certificate or a degree ,if Original can be shown on demand
