Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
if a person have two date of birth certificate viz 8th pass certificate where his date of birth is 01.04.1985 which is from his native place. latter on it is notice that the same guy has submitted his certificate to the govt agency where he submit his 10 passed certificate which is obtain from up in matriculation certificate his date of birth is 01.04.1990. While both certificate are genuine as per the record.
which certificate court should rely ? is there any case can be filed against the Person?
