I received only one Power of Attorney from France with properties mentioned and situated
in Pondicherry and TamilNadu states.
If I register the POA at Tindivanam District Registrar (TamilNadu state)
will it be valid also at Pondicherry State
OR do I have to register the POA in both states ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the properties are situated in two different States Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, registration in both the States is advisable and recommended, although it is better if the Owner personally signs the Agreement for Sale of those properties.
