Legal Question in Administrative Law in India

This is with reference to answer to my question for which Secret Access Key was 4GThxZZ8oe answered by Ms. Anuradha Dixit. My heartiest thanks to madam. At the same time I am giving the final judgment by Hon'ble CAT Hyderabad. I reqeust u to kindly clarify whether I am entitled for all the pay and allowances by treating the entire period of absence as ONDUTY since the Hon'ble CAT HD has found many lapses on the part of the employer and set aside the trnsfer order dt. 29.7.2013 of employer.
"The OA is allowed setting aside the impugned order dated 29.7.2013 and the applicatn is entitled for all consequential benefits."
