We have rented a 1 bedroom house, now the tenant has ran away leaving there belongings and fails to answers call even after 10 months. What is the legal way to proceed?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should lodge an absconding Police complaint against the tenant, dispose off the tenants belongings and take custody of your flat.
