Legal Question in Administrative Law in India
Can i get a share in property if land is owened by my grandmother .But land was transfered to her by her mother's will.Shall any one can challenge if she gives me according to her will

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will need to obtain a Probate from the Court on the Will from your grandmother naming you as the beneficiary of the land. A Will can be challenged in the Court.
