Legal Question in Administrative Law in Pakistan

Sir i m a staff nurse in a hospital and a permanent employe... I want to that is administration of our hospital can stop our right to get public holidays if not can we take legal action against them

In case of emergency or shortage of staff they can ask you to come on duty but for that they have compensate you in other days. Like being a permanent employee you can enjoy 20 holidays during a year, and these working days would be added in those 20.
