Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
Dear sir,
I am M.Veeran Ex.Senior Bank manager of Union bank of India.I wrongful dismissal from that bank.I filed my WP34889/2012 in Madras High court.Notice served to bank on Dec 2012.Still dated counter not filed by bank.
1.Why bank not filed counter more than one year. Any reasons
2.Whether court will not care about the delay
3.What is next step to speed up the case.
