Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in

the right to a faiR TRIAL

How can a boy be found guilty of sexual assault when there is no evidence of where it happened, six different stories of how it happened, no forensic evidence, no witness to any act and when the Magistrate himself said it had been poorly investigated by the police. The magisrate said the boy was guilty because the victums story was believable and she seemed very upset afterwards the incident was meant to have taken place. How can this be a fair trial?.

The question you ask is not a question that

needs an answer. You've already answered it.

Go to my website at

questions. Your first question should be, Who should I retain as a lawyer?

By the way, what country does NU represent?
