Legal Question in Banking Law in
bank in 13(2) notice has ask us total loan sanction amount instead of out standing balance amount,than what will be status of principle amount paid by us to the bank and notice for demanding for loan sanction amount is valid or ilegal,

give a proper reply based on facts. If action follows under Sec.13(4) immediately challenge it by filing application under Sec.17 before the concerned DRT and obtain stay of further proceedings.
