Bank officer opened an account of parda observing lady with original identity card but officer could not see the face of the woman instead he rely on the person accompanied with woman. Also note that person who identify the woman was already bank's account holder.
Now a woman had filed suit against bank that neither she visited branch nor she opened account rather her identity card was being used fraudulent....what protection banker can avail??

if the bank officer completed all tge required formalities during the process then she has a week case.
check signature and thumb on application form and if there is differences then engage the identified person in case .
as she provided the NIC at that time.

bank officer should not take plea the he did not see her face.
rather should claim against that lady to harass the bank by filling false claim. it is the matter of bank s integrity.
