Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
Hi I have bought a share of a property and issued a bank cheque but now I have proof that the person is not on the intakal of the property can I cancel the cheque until the name is transferred correctly as for now only have a 200 rupees stamp paper as proof of purchase but the person is not on the intikal of property

in an ancestral property, the legal heirs are the rightful owners of the property or properties to the extent of their respective share. so if the mutation is not effected its not a problem. it requires more information to give a more exact answer any way you can call me on my cell phone for a more detailed answer.
