Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Sir,
I have received post dated cheques from a person along with his sign on a notorized affidavit for the cause of issuing cheques (though affidavit was written from my side). Now the person had stopped the payment of cheques by making stop payment request to his bank.
Kindly help me with your valuable suggestions regarding actions that can be taken now.

A complaint under sec 138 negotiable instrument can be made.
