Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir,

Let me clear, that one of our account holder maintaining joint account (03 members) with the bank, operating instruction is either or survivor. One of his/her family member has died 05 years ago. Now two survivor customers want to activate the said account. Also they want to clear an instrument (Not negotiable) of Rs.55,000, which is on the name of his/her deceased person. Please advice accordingly.
