the fault is yours having spent the money which was not yours and then closing the account!! why get into a legal tangle now you will spend a hefty sum, and time trying to defend yourself in a litigation wherein you mayhave to pay the amount with interest. negotiate with the bank and return the amount in easy installments.

Dear Client,

The fault is yours, you are having correct knowledge about the amount deposited by you in the bank. Over and above you had closed the account and kept mum. The bank can file a criminal conplaint against you but they keeping silent only because of the reason that the person who had credited this amount will have to face stringent action from the bank. Also the person who had done this mistake might had deposited the amount and cleared the accounts. So keep ready the actual amount and deposit the amount and obtain receipt. If youyou need any clarification contact me on 09387714156.
