Legal Question in Banking Law in
I have given guarantee for personal loan in last month now i come to know that person is not relaible. Is it possible to cancelled that guarantee of personal loan

you can revoke the guarantee by informing in writing to the lender. its better if you can handover the letter personally to lender and get acknowledgement, so that your liability is over and lender will take required action against borrower
