Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hello
My husband who is working Central bank of india bank as a clerk cum cashier
Died in June 2013.He serviced 13 years his age is 35 years.we have one boy and girl
Studying schooling,I don't have any source to get money.Can I get my husband bank job through " compensation appointment ".If I meet bank officials they are telling that there is no rule to get Compensation appointment.
Please give me the solution whether can I get the job through compensation.i studied MBA.please give me the solution for my problem

We are not sure about the banking rules but you should try to meet higher officials to get a job on compassionate grounds if not a job of a clerk you can try in companies as you have done your MBA
