Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
*** Can High Court order Nazir of the Court to open Locker of some deceased in a bank in the presence of petitioner / legal heir and to take custody of all the articles lying in the locker. If a bank's branch receives such letter of court's Nazir along with copy of Court Order then as to how it would implement the order by handing over all the articles/ornaments in the locker to Nazir of the Court.
