Legal Question in Banking Law in India

i joined a program of one private bank where it offers post graduation degree equivalent to MBA cum employment as deputy manager .for this education it provide loan .i have completed this course but no degree .after compelition of course ,i was placed in mumbai as i opted credit deptt bt when i came to mumbai and saw that it was not credit department ,it was for credit cards,so i talked to my HR to shift in branch banking so that i might know about the organisation .here in branch i was Relationship officer i.e selling of banking products.i was unable to do sales so i talked to HR to transfer me in operations ,i tried too much for this bt they did not do anything ,finally i called and sent mail to HR that i could not do sales as i was unable to do .now recovery deptt of this bank is calling me and threatening that they are filing case against me as i have taken loan from bank and i have left the bank as they did not change my profile and laon was given for education when they are not giving degree ,how can i pay loan .................please help me as i am in depression ,they have done fraud .
