Legal Question in Banking Law in

I pledged my jewel in tirupur co-operative society bank under my friend's wife name. my friend is working in that bank and some issues he had with the bank and left the job. now, the banker are refusing to pay back the jewels since it is in the name of my friend wife who had issues with bank. pls. advice legally how i can get back my jewel. i need to pay only 8k but the jewel worth 60k is lying in the bank. pls. advice

File a complaint to the District consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, if there is one at Tiruppur or at Coimbatore, after you issue notice to the Co-operative Bank offering to redeem the pledge with copy to your friend's wife, if that notice had not evoked any helpful response. Take the assistance of local lawyer for pursuing the necessary steps in this regard.
