Legal Question in Banking Law in India

thanks to prashant ji for point wise answer but need more clarification

a) point no 4. "their" means who? need more clarity

b) in point no 1. where to file complaint to get speedy & favorable resolution in minimal effort & expenses regarding 14% fixed ROI for 15 years and no positive response by exploitation of customers being in dominating position ie. NHB, RBI ombudsman, consumer court, competition commission of India or any other place

a). In Point 4, by "their" I mean the borrower(s);

b). Since the Corporate Office of HDFC Limited is located at Ramon House, Churchgate, Mumbai, you should log your grievances at the Central Mumbai District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum for speedy action in the matter. You may also lodge the same complaint with the National Housing Board, the RBI Ombudsman and the Competition Commission of India for their information and action.
