Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I had purchased land from STATE BANK OF INDIA, KARUR as on 11.12.2013 After received cash SBI delivered part of the area 3254 sq.ft. balance 507.75 sq.ft. not delivered. SBI told this auction is conducted by AS IS WHERE IS BASIS, so we cannot deliverd the full area. west side building owner occupied this area with support of SBI. This problem still T do not use the 1975 sq.ft basement floor area. so many complaints to SBI, BANKING OMBUDSMAN, STATE AND CENTRAL GOVTS,but take no action for this problem. so I sent a TWO , writ petition to MADRAS MADURAI BENCH OF HIGH COURT, finally judgement says, " by way of appropriate proceedings under SARFAESI ACT " PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. In this reason Still I have pay the interest Rs. 35000 / and above monthly. . KARUR VYSYA BANK HOME loan EMI 22431.00 and other loan interest). Expecting your valuable cooperation for this matter.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the auction purchase documents clearly mention that SBI has legally committed sale of the entire land area of 3,254 sq, ft., they remain liable to honour their commitment. Correct guidance and advice will be rendered on scrutiny of all tender and other documents.
