Legal Question in Banking Law in India
sir I lost my 3cheques one cheque book serial & I complaint/ f.i.r dated 11.1.2011 . but I GIVE the f i r copy 6/2/2012 to the bank for the stop payement &payment; stop but a person produse that one loset cheque for payment dated 13/2/2012& THAT cheque disoner & that person go to court ipc 138. now case under prosese can i safe or not ipc 138. cheque was singnaed by me but amount was filled by that person.
