Sir mera cheque feb 2015 me bounce huaa tha jiska cash ke madhyam se settlement ho gaya aour cheque nahi kiraya gaya ab itne din baad wo fir se demand kar rahe hain.

jab aapne cheque ke badle cash diya tha to kya receipt li thi?? dishonoured cheque vaapas kyo nahi liya tha?If there is no criminal complaint dont do anything as of now.
