Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir, I was working in UAE and due to local boss harassment (being a hindu), I just left UAE to india.(tamilnadu) My company owe me AED 200,000 as End of service benefits which in return i owe to a bank in UAE as personnel loan. So, Can i authorize my bank in UAE to recover my EOS benefits from my company on behalf of me in-turn to settle their dues which i owe.
Pls. help me sir to avoid any legal actions against me which spoiling my peace in india as i never ever want to go back to any gulf countries in the world.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should write a letter to your Company in UAE, instructing them to handover your final settlement dues to the Bank you owed money under intimation to you.
