Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pakistan
Dear Sir, I have taken the loan of 150,000/= from Advanse Microfinance Bank in Karachi previous month now I have not paid any installment and I am unable to pay the installments till next 3 to 4 months and they are using very harsh language as I am available to them on the phone and in person but they are calling my father and also coming to my father's home (as I live separately from my father) to harass them. What can I do to prevent them from doing such illegal and humiliative things. Please answer as soon as possible.
