Legal Question in Bankruptcy in

sir ,
can bank file a criminal case against me, if i am a credit card defaulter. i have been declared insolvent by kolkata high court last may,2009. but since march , 2010 all insolvency orders have been stayed. the verdict is still pending
this being matter of civil case, how can they file criminal case?

they can only file a complaint for bouncing of cheque in case you have given that to them. otherwise civil case is made out.
