Legal Question in Business Law in China
if i accept someone offer by letter , and then i changed my mind.I send a telephone message which is about withdrawing the offer . will it be effective to withdraw ? I didn't signed any contract yet

it depends on when the offerer received your acceptance，if received before your message then the contract has been forrmed，if after your message，then it depends on if the offeror heard your message and if the requires certain form of withdrawal
