Legal Question in Business Law in Philippines
i want to buy a cellphone repair and accessories shop, the shop is under the husband's name, but the wife is the one who is selling the shop.. she said she is the one who bought all the items.. she and her husband were not together already, they never see each other for so long now.. she don't know where her husband is.. is it ok if i buy the shop without any authorization from him? thanks
