To know a company genuine or not which no.require? shop establishment no. or reg. no.of govn.of india or what?

if a co.& i,individual,to make a contract for data entry job, in which name rs.100/- stamp paper we will buy? in this stamp paper the co.rubber stamp with address,sign & reg.no. required? which reg. no. required?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Authenticity of the registration number of the limited Company can be verified from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Company Law Board (CLB) websites.

Stamp paper should be purchased in the name of the Company. It is advisable that the Stamp Paper mentions the Address, Registration No. and Name of the Company official.
