Legal Question in Business Law in India

dera sir some persos applied for trademark under his proprietership at 2005,later the main proprieter is left away the proprietership later 2008 the company is incorporated ,but still now using the old tradenmae as proprietership name,but i am applied the my trade name for trdademark at 2013 at jan,and applied the private limited feb.after that they filed the suit and injunction order agianst my trademark,injunction order is demolished thier negligensy to didnot file the extention petition,april ending our company is incorporated under the tradename,but now also those peopel strictly objected as a court of contempt,what can i do sir,is there any chance to take injunction of our private limted or try to stop my services,we are weel reputation ,here,what can we do sit...they wantedly do this newsenese sir our name or entirely variation of those persons name ...sveral persosn are using that name sir
