Legal Question in Business Law in India

I am one of the Director's PVT ltd company , We are three Director's, My self and one more Director's resigned in company at feb 2015 , We have some Sim's in the name of company and My self authorized for transfer and activate and deactivate sim cards , My self transfer some of the Sim cards to new company in jan 2015 with all required documents. From jan 2015 to till we using sim's in the name of new company , Now old company director's asked Sim's to return back ,We refused to return back , He asked Sim's company to returning Sim's , Due to their Sim's relation Sim's company again transfer Sim's to old company , I used this sim's in print media , Now my new business is going effect with this , So please suggest , can I suit case against Sim's company ??

Dear Sir / Madam,

No. Since the SIM Cards originally belonged to the old Company, Court action is not advisable nor recommended. You should obtain new SIM Cards and mention them in your print media.
