hello, let's say i own a garage and i have free space that i decide to rentout for a coffee shop for example starbucks. is the rent revenue i get from the owner of this branch taxable? should i add it to my own garage services revenues and tax them together? or should i the revenue from the rentout after i tax the revenue from my garage services?

Hello,

The rent will be taxable at the municipality, and ministry of finance for the rent value.

As for your business you will pay the income tax on it.

These are two different types of taxes payable separately.
