Legal Question in Business Law in Greece

Good morning.

I'd like please your advice or your help.

A few days ago I put an ad on the internet to sell my mobile phone here in Greece.I found a purchaser who lives abroad in Essex London, agreed to make the transaction and to pay via Paypal for big safety.

He sent me the amount (as he told me) that agree in paypal. The next day I received an email from paypal saying that I have to take money for the buying and selling.First all I had to send the parcel with the mobile phone and then I had to send them by mail the tracking number to complete the transaction,as I really did.Since then I have no answer form Paypal. The address paypal email came from is: [email protected] but I fear that is fake ... I sent again and again to Paypal to help me but never respond.

Purchaser, of which I have all his personal information, he spoke me afterwards through a hotmail account.Even I sent him a bank account to put my money after not pooping edge with Paypal. He said he'd made the same day the deposit but never did something.

Finally the package arrived in destination with UPS COURIER, received it and since then stopped answering enclosed in my mails....

I am sure I have fallen victim to cheating.

I got on my hands all the information you may need.

Please help me

Yassas,

I'm afraid there is not much you can do.

There might be a slight possibility that you can lodge a complaint on the website where you posted your for sale ad.

If its worth the hassle, you can go to your own mobile provider and tell them your mobile was stolen (maybe they want a police complaint reference). Your mobile provider can block your phone's IMEI no. So it won't work any more.

Not all providers do this.

In the future, make your own PayPal account. Let people pay there, and only when you receive money in your own account, then send the goods.

If you have any more questions, you can mail me on [email protected]
