Legal Question in Business Law in India
Hi
I am doing Job in pvt company and looking forward to float my own company.
Can I become Director in the company? As in offer letter normaly it is written by the company person will not involved in any other Job.
Request to pls clarify..what is the correct way.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should leave your present job and start your own Company. You cannot start your own Company while you are already employed in a Company as the terms and conditions of your appointment may not permit you to take up any other assignment while in service.
