Legal Question in Business Law in India

Hi,
My last company didn't own me with the salary of Sep. 2014. I have been following them through personal meeting, mail and phone calls. But the company is still avoiding to pay my money and neglecting my requests. I also didn't get an amount of Rs.7000 for a freelancing job that I did before joining same company.
If anyone can please advice me with best legal steps that I can avail.
N.B: I already resigned that company on 3rd of Nov, 2014.

Dear Sagar,

Since the Company is ignoring your claim to dues, lodging a Police complaint for cheating against the Company is advisable and recommended.
