Legal Question in Business Law in India

Hello ,Law Guru. my dad purchased agricluture land from my taya ji in the year 2004-05, but he filed a suit in the court in the year 2010 that he have'nt got the money. My taya ji(Uncle)with the help of other uncle and his sons are forcibiliy trying to take the possesion of the same land. i complained in the police and showed all the proof, registry, girdawari copies, and bank account statmentin which the amount was deposited (the purchased land was of my dada ji and we purchased the share of my taya ji, from taya ji). i am being threatened repeatedly. please guide me.and the taya ji from whom we purchased the land was issueless and is no more. but only his spouse, tayi ji is alive.please guide me.
Now my taya ji and his sons are forcibly cultivating the above said land. Police is not helping me out as they are saying that the suit is pending in the court. the complainants have got no order or any sort of respite but only muscle power they are doing cultivation on my (since 2012, winters) land. upto 2011 we use to give that land on theka to Dad's cousins but due to threats they left the land inbetween and as i am new to that area with my father having hip joint fractured couldnt do much to prevent forceful cultivation.
can i use act 145 in this land? can i apply for act 145, what is need to be done. i am not going to let them cultivate on my lan anymore. How can i get that case dismissed as soon as possible. Please brief me on all options. Please
