Legal Question in Business Law in India
i owned a small company few days before but i had to shut it down due to heavy loss in company. now i don't have money to return it to people and also to return the bond amount. i want to surely return but need some time legally but people are forcing and not letting me do my work. please suggest some thing, its urgent???
