company A & B having same type of business manufacturing & servicing. company B is owned by breakaway group of company A :company A filed a suit in that the name has similarity under company rules.on the admission of case/ suit in court company A made representation to all Govt offices as not permit or issue any lenience unit installed by the company B . Can Govt inspecting authorities stop inspection till settlement of case.
Court has issued orders that Company B has to change the name, Company B has approached high court the court has allowed appeal not stayed. kindly clarify in such case Govt inspecting authorities can inspect the product of company B or collect taxes on the product of B
