Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan
sir i am employee of MERCK pvt limited and company is purchased by martin dow pharmaceuticals. we have concern that merck is also change our employment and shifted it to martin dow with two years garuntee for same term and conditions.we dont want to work with our new employer and demanding sevrence amount.what did pakistani law says about it
