I am looking to start a bottled water plant in Gokarna, Karnataka. What are the procedures and fees to register the company as a pvt ltd company. Also, I wish to transport my goods to anywhere in India are they anything special required.

You should ideally contact a Chartered Accountant who will do the registration process of obtaining the Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association of your mineral water company.
